Scope of Works

Removal of Existing Patio
The works will begin with the careful demolition and removal of the current patio surface, including all existing paving slabs, sub-base materials, and any associated waste. The area will be cleared and prepared for new construction, ensuring a clean and stable foundation.

Ground Preparation and Excavation
Excavation will be carried out to the required depth to accommodate new sub-base layers and drainage systems. The ground will be levelled and compacted to provide a solid base for the new patio installation.

Installation of Drainage System
